i like ads that are clever, witty and have been a thought from outside the box. and this is what attracted me.
i personally think that the Absolut Vodka Ad campaigns are the epitome of clever advertising. simple, yet effective, humorous and some even a little bit cheeky. i think 'ABSOLUT genius'.
the term ABSOLUT can be the front of a two word statement to an almost never ending combination. "ABSOLUT _______" can be filled in to meet whatever direction the company wants to take and whichever market they want to target. this idea has lead to the most successful and one of the longest running campaigns.
the ads typically feature the distinctive bottle shape in the centre and the title 'ABSOLUT________" at the bottom.
the ads have been running for over 25 years and comprises over 1500 ads. its gotta be a winner.

when first looking at these adds i didn't relies that each add had a different absolute. i find them vert witty. i think the yoga one is my favorite. simple but straight to the point.

I agree with you, Ive done work with 'Absolut' before and think they are clever with a strong on going theme (the bottle shape) that always deserves that second take.
